Why bother to look for this modded firmware if you can do it to mod an SPA2K firmware by yourself using Wafro SPATools.zip? I have used this SPATools.zip on SPA2K v3.1.5 and it works JUST to unlock my Linksys/Vonage locked PAP2 units. If the above file is removed by Voxilla for any reasons, i.e. requested by Linksys/SPA/Cisco/etc., you can download it from this link along with the necessary instructions on the post on how to mod SPA2K firmwares.
