Ok. Trzeba wpisać lame -h sample. wav sample.mp3 Dzięki a tak przy okazji jak można wywołać taką komende lame -h sample.

jest filtr noise, wystarczy wrzucić go na klip i za pomoca klatek kluczowych odpowiednio zmienic intensywnosc na koniec, do tego jakis wav sample tv noise i gitara gra:)
